We charge a non-refundable deposit of $499 due to the time it takes us to interview, screen and line up candidates for you. Once you approve your virtual assistant, we will apply a $499 credit to your account and send you an invoice for the first month.
We do offer part-time VAs starting at $15/hr. The minimum requirement for part-time is 20/hrs per week.
We will make recommendations on time-tracking software you can use to track their tasks, hours, and screenshots while they are working, plus we provide a free project board in Asana to track your VAs tasks and a monthly digest of their completed tasks to give you peace of mind.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We send you an invoice for the setup fee and the monthly subscription and you are billed automatically.
Absolutely! You are free to share your VAs with other coworkers, colleagues, business partners, or anyone else you have in mind as long as the VA is ok with it.
After you submit your payment, we send over a questionnaire for you to complete so we can understand your needs to select the best VA candidates.
