We centered their homepage strategy around their promotional video, and put together a great call to action to funnel visitors into booking appointments and checking out the 3 different courses offered. On the homepage we also included a section for instructors, and lastest posts from their blog which they post on a regular weekly or bi-weekly basis. We designed and created some really great looking pages to promote the courses, and we setup and events system to post and manage their live events.

Custom CRM Sales Pipeline

We setup a sales pipeline inside PipeDrive and using Zapier integrated it with their constant contact account and acuity appointment scheduling system to feed submitted data into pipedrive for managing deals for their sales process. Needless to say we saved them a ton of time and money spent managing leads, and gave them a way to gather intelligent data like which actions leads have taken such as booking an appointment, and what % of their sales video they watched. 


Custom Web Based Mortgage Calculator

We took their excel spreadsheet based mortgage calculator, and transformed it into a web based calculator integrated with their sales funnel to add value, and make it easy for users to see how much they can save on their mortgage using their unique velocity banking strategy.

Content Management System

We built their entire web presence around an easy to use wordpress content management system so they can easily update content without ever touching a single line of code.

After we finished developing their web presence, they hired us to manage their linkedin account too built their network and drive targeted traffic to their website.
