We began our mission to improve quote requests for ARC by doing needs discovery and a content audit to determine how we would redesign their website based on their goals, and the content they were able to provide us. We took this data, and quickly moved into strategy and UX design. We worked in agile sprints to meet MVP by their deadline within budget, and when we completed the project, the client had an easy to use interface for editing content, and their customers had a more user friendly and informative interface and information architecture to make informed decisions and submit requests for quotes.
We designed beautiful and easy to manage custom post types to display ARC's products and services, making it easy for them to update without ever having to touch a line of code.
The entire user flow of the website was designed around funneling visitors to the request a quote form in order the convert as many visitors as possible into qualified leads for their sales team to follow up with in order to produce a quote and close the sale.
